Art as Therapy - Mixed Media Workshops

All workshops are $35 unless otherwise noted or
sponsored by non-profit.
The following are the currently scheduled workshops in my studio unless
otherwise noted.

On Going Workshops (pay as you play) |
All supplies are included in these workshops. Every Monday $25 a session 9:30 am-noon come for Clay Studio time -use the wheel or build Price includes some firing and glazing * Every Wed - Watercolor: techniques in using and playing with watercolors from 12:30-2:30pm in my studio $30 (supplies Included) * Every Thurs - Soul Collage: work with a small group on your own set of tarot cards 9:30-12 in my studio $25 (supplies included) * Thursday afternoon is KIDS WORKSHOP! From after school 3:30 to 5:30pm children will learn a variety of media and plenty of drawing games. Must be 9 yr. Why not buy a gift certificate for a workshop or an Art Party. What is an Art Party? It’s where you can gather a few friends, some snacks and meet in Lisa’s Studio to delve into the process of art. Lisa will lead you through a workshop full of fun while learning about materials, techniques and creativity and where you each walk away with your very own piece of art. $35 |

INFORMATION ON PROGRAM SUPPORTERS: All the "Art as Therapy" Programs were designed and developed by Lisa Brown to be specifically helpful for clients to express their emotions as a therapy, to build self confidence, and to enjoy the experience in a variety of art media. * All classes are based on the Creative Journal Expressive Arts program written and created by Lucia Capaccione, Ph.D., A.T.R. Lisa Brown is an Assistant Supervisor for this program and has worked personally with Lucia.Interweave: A Community Learning Center for Wholistic Living.
